Terra Brasil Turismo is pleased to offer you the opportunity to add to your experience with what is considered by many past exchangers to be the premiere event of their year. We will visit Brazil’s capital, Brasília, to explore this planned city, built and inaugurated in the 1950’s, and learn about Brazil’s government. Prepare for a real lesson in politics.

You, as an exchange student, who would like to know a different culture from the region you live in and the most beautiful beaches in Brazil, you have now your chance!
Before starting the trip, you will have a chance to visit Brazil’s capital: Brasília! There you will have the opportunity to see this planned city, built and inaugurated in the 50’s, and to understand a little more about our government system.

Tuiuiús, alligators, capybaras, anacondas… Have you ever seen or heard about any of these creatures? Can you find Pantanal Mato-Grossense on a map? Now you will have the chance to see and experience it yourself!
In Pantanal, you will find one of the last unexplored natural reserves in the world, with the biggest wildlife reservation on the American Continent. Exploring Pantanal you will have the chance to fish for piranhas, go horseback riding, go on a safari and experiment first-hand a stunning display of animals, especially birds. At this amazing experience you will get to know the "Wonderful City", famous for its natural beauty, its carnival and samba: Rio de Janeiro! There you will visit Cristo Redentor (Corcovado the Christ Statue), Pão de Açúcar (Sugar Loaf) and some of the famous beaches.

When you decided to come to Brazil, naturally, you dreamed about going to the Amazon Rain Forest. Soon you realized it is not as simple. But now the unique opportunity to visit its wonders and mysteries, as deep in as you never imagined, is closer than you ever expected. Terra Brasil will offer you a big adventure through the largest rain forest on Earth!
With 4,9 million km of dense rain forest, the Amazon’s grandeur is overwhelming. Only the Brazilian part is bigger than 15 different European countries together. 60% of the Earth species live in this green area. South American Adventure 2010 >
At the beginning of this century, immigrants from all over the world (especially from Germany and Italy) came to the south region seeking a better life. Many years have gone by and today they are proud of keeping the traditions from their original countries. Thanks to them, the South has developed a lot.
Now it is our opportunity to travel to this beautiful region which today has all the necessary structure to receive visitors. However, one thing hasn’t changed: its natural beauty!
We will visit first the Iguassu Falls in Brazil and Argentina: a natural spectacle of 275 waterfalls, as if God wanted to show a little of His beauty and power. The Devil’s Throat (the biggest waterfall in the complex) is a magnificent spectacle which will take your breath away.
