Terra Brasil

It all started in 1988 when members of an association formed by former exchange students began to arrange trips for young foreign exchange students in Brazil. The trips at first were informally organized, seeking no profit and only with the aim of integrating foreign exchange students and former Brazilian Rotary exchange students (ROTEX) to the most beautiful and exotic places in Brazil. Without noticing, we discovered and consecrated amazing destinations that today are the basis of our main service.

Over the years, Terra Brasil was becoming more professional and tailoring services to the highest quality standards required by the Youth Exchange Program of Rotary and other exchange programs. Today we do the exact same activity: introduce exchange students to other parts of the country they are living in during their exchange; whether in Brazil or other countries in which we operate as well, like USA, Canada, Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. In addition to this work, our Travel Agency and Tailored Operation section serves the general public as well, still focusing on exchange trips and related events.

Terra Brasil Turismo currently has a young and innovative team that professionally combines the desire of our customers, in more than just travelling, meeting people and exploring different, or even unknown, places along a set of techniques that provides such experiences in a safe and responsible manner.

We keep writing our successful story, overcoming challenges and celebrating victories – this is the spirit of Terra Brasil Turismo.

Our team

Frederico Malab

Owner/Director responsible for contacting the leaders of the Exchange Program.

Graduated in Law School by Federal University of Minas Gerais, he chose to work with what he loves the most: traveling and organizing trips. He has planned the trips for exchange students in Brazil as they are today; obsessed with quality and with a great desire of making the exchange experience, as was also his, the most impactful as possible.
