- Portuguese is the official language on the trip.

- The exchange student must be at the embarkation point on the day and time determined by the organization , the previous arrival in particular , without authorization of the Organization and their Rotary district , is punishable . If the early arrival is necessary , there will be extra costs such as accommodation , transportation and meals or any other cost that this early arrival may cause. Similarly, after its completion , all exchange students must return immediately and directly to their host cities.
- On road trips , you should embark / disembark at the nearest pick-up point of the city where you live. If you prefer to embark on another site , please contact us before 15 days of the start of the trip. This possibility depends on the availability of seats on the bus and must be authorized by your district and the Organization . In this case , they should bear the cost of shipping the chosen location , if more expensive, and are not entitled to discount, if cheaper.
- In the case of our road trips , the organization only effect the reception and student transportation in the cities of departure , if the information about the arrival are sent up to 10 days before and the exchange student use the official hosting or is straight to the point of embarkation otherwise , the exchange students will bear the transportation costs in these cities bus station / airport to the lodging / boarding point . The city boarding in air travel is the last airport.
- The Organization is not responsible for the displacement of students from their hometowns to the departure point of the trip.
- It is forbidden the use , possession or purchase of drugs of any kind including alcohol.
- With respect to dating , we hope all the respect for the rules of Rotary.
- It is not allowed to do piercings or tattoos during the trip.
- "Play" to steal something in supermarkets, shops, hotels etc. They will be severely punished and communicated to his Rotary district , beyond the legal implications of this act .
- One or more Rotarians will be their chaperones on the trip.
- For some trips may require a deposit Security deposit to cover late fines expenses , return of lost and found , warnings , etc .. The rest will be returned to the exchange student at the end of the trip (if the payment has been made with the card credit, the remaining amount will be reversed on the card itself , and not refunded in cash ).
- The times indicated in the program should be respected. The Organization reserves the right to make changes in programming, since made for the benefit of the group, or by force majeure . If you do not respect the schedules, you may be charged a fine (converted activity for all exchange students ) . We expect you to be responsible , have group of sense and do not be late.
- Return the times of our activities will be defined by the coordinators of the trip, depending on the subsequent activities . The coordination of the trip will also set the maximum time for everyone to go to sleep.
- With respect to shipments / landings , as it is a long distance to be traveled , the time of arrival is subject to delay due to traffic on the roads or any other unforeseen . For this reason , we suggest that the host parents contact the ( a) Coordinator ( a) General Travel on duty or by telephone Earth Brazil Tourism that will be informed in advance, on arrival day , 2-4 hours before the scheduled time , so you have the most accurate information possible. The plane tickets / bus previously purchased for the student back to the city boarding should also respect any possible delays that may occur.
- Extra costs vary from person to person. We estimate that R$20 per day is enough for food and optional programs. You will visit regions where there is a wide variety of souvenirs. If you like to shop , come prepared with more money. The trip does not include expenses such as extra meals , phone calls , laundry, etc.
- Student ID : The attractions included in this program are traded for students and require verification through the " student card " . Therefore, you should carry your wallet for all or may have to pay more in certain attractions.
- Credit card is a safe and convenient means for spending. ATMs will be available , but perhaps not at the moment you need it. Always plan to have enough money between a service and another. We suggest that you have no more than R$ 300 and less than R$ 100 in no time. The Organization will not be responsible for any amount that may be missing.
- The luggage should be as small as possible (15 kg / 33lb maximum) because you have to carry it and be responsible for it all the time. Bring in your hand luggage all you will need while traveling from one city to another , such as toothbrush, camera , medicines , etc. You should inquire about the airline's luggage transport policy that will use (if that is the case). We suggest all to respect the following dimensions: 50cm length, 28cm wide and 80cm height. The Organization is not responsible for damaged or lost luggage. If the supplier under guard, this will apply its own rules and reimbursement policies that , in most cases does not match the content, so do not bring anything of value.
- There should be a minimum number of 30 registrations for the realization of the trip. The Organization reserves the right to cancel the trip if this minimum is not reached.
- The talent show entertains everyone. We will have a special moment when their talents will be appreciated. Come prepared to perform ! Bring costumes of their country, CDs with songs you might need , an instrument to touch and, especially, a lot of creativity and good humor. Our coordination could help prepare the numbers.
- You should take good care of your health before and during the journey . Get ready with proper rest and healthy eating. If you take medication regularly , take enough for the entire trip . Warning: Your health is extremely important so that you enjoy the trip to the fullest . take care of her!
- Even if you can swim , CAUTION ! Will be severely punished those who exceed the limit established by the coordination.

- Participating in the trip, the exchange student automatically authorizes the use of his image in promotional materials of the Organization as brochures, videos, website and other.
- It is not allowed to any exchange student leaving the hotel at night without monitoring / approval of a member of the coordination of travel.
- Because it is a cultural trip , it is mandatory to exchange student participation in all activities of the program.
- Do not forget to always communicate with your family and host Rotary Club . Anyone can follow the trip on Twitter, Facebook and Blog of travel and you may be required to contribute publishing the latest developments.
- Due to the advance of the application required by our suppliers to manufacture the material distributed to participants , the organization may only offer these gifts to students who confirm their reservations up to 25 days before the trip. After that date , we are not responsible for its availability.

In case of withdrawal , you must request the cancellation of your booking in writing. The following terms and fines will be applied:
- - Payment within 45 days of departure: 10 % of the total land price is non-refundable;
- - Between 44 and 30 days before departure: 25 % of the total land price is non-refundable;
- - Between 29 and 15 days before departure: 50 % of the total land price is non-refundable;
- - Between 1 and 8 days prior to departure: 75 % of the total land price is non-refundable;
- - 7 days or less prior to departure, 100% of the total land price is non-refundable;
If you can provide his replacement by another exchange student in a timely manner . Only 10 % of the total are non-refundable at any time.
These values are needed to meet the Organization's commitments to suppliers.
These terms and fines will apply also to the student's inability to travel due to non- compliance with any of booking procedures.
- The cancellation policy of shoot of the trip, if any, are as follows: the signal described in the program to guarantee the place is non-refundable. Upon issuance ( the tickets can be issued at any time without notice ), canceling the shoot strictly follow the airline's cancellation policy. Any refund is subject only to the airline's decision. Cancellation policies and fees can be changed at any time including, but not limited to cancellation fees , baggage cost, meals and drinks.

IMPORTANT: We cannot live with a large number of people, for so many days, without us having a good organization, the cooperation of all and very considerate of one another. Common sense should prevail. In the event of misconduct or disrespect to tour rules, the exchange student may receive from one to five warnings, according to the gravity of his act and tour coordinator s discretion. Each warning will be charged a fine of exchange student and reported to your club / district. To complete five , it is returned immediately to their city / Family hostess air or land ( the tour coordinator s discretion), at its own cost, with communication to your Rotary Club and District, without refund and consequently being forbidden to join any other trip with Terra Brasil Turismo in the future. The warnings will be cumulative for all trips that make the exchange student with us.
