IMPORTANT: The air tickets must be issued exclusively by Terra Brasil, assuring, whenever possible, the best schedule and flights where you travel together with our staff and other students, on the same plane.

RESERVATIONS:

In order to fulfill all the reservations procedures, please access our website: www.terrabrasil.com and follow ALL the steps filling out your information. Those who cannot find access to the Internet should call us. To go through all the reservation process is mandatory (first come, first served). Spaces are limited and always sell out!

PAYMENT form:

Choose one of the options below:

• Credit card: AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA or MASTERCARD.
• Bank Bill: When you make your reservation on the Internet and choose the ?bank bill? option, it will appear automatically on your computer screen. You must print it and pay it at any bank (in Brazil) before the deadline. If you have any problems paying the trip, you must contact Terra Brasil Turismo. If you do not pay until the deadline and do not contact Terra Brasil Turismo, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
• International transfer: The students who wish to use this payment form must contact Terra Brasil IN LARGE ADVANCE to receive detailed instructions.

By paying the trip the student agrees with all the terms and conditions of the trip including the cancellation policy.

You must read carefully those conditions before making your reservation.

• Transportation during the entire trip, in a bus with air conditioning, fridge, three TVs, DVD, stereo, microphone, game table (depending on number of passengers), bathroom, two drivers, cell phone and Geographic Positioning System (GPS);
• Reception and transfer airport/hotel/airport in Rio de Janeiro/São Paulo for the exchange students who inform us not later than 08 days before the beginning of the trip: the arrival/departure time, the air company, the city they will come from and the departure time (see General Conditions items 3 and 5);
• 05 hotel nights:
  • 03 nights in Rio de Janeiro;
  • 01 night in Angra dos Reis;
  • 01 night in São Paulo;
• 06 meals (with 1 water or 1 soda - buffet) during the trip;
• 05 breakfasts (buffet);
• Ticket for the Sugar Loaf, one of the symbols of Rio de Janeiro;
• Ticket for The Christ (Corcovado Hill), in Rio de Janeiro, going there through a thrilling train ride at Tijuca?s Forest;
• Ticket to Museu do Amanhã, in Rio de Janeiro;
• Visit to Sambódromo (where the famous Carnival of Rio de Janeiro takes place);
• Visit to Maracanã stadium (subject to availability of the stadium) in Rio de Janeiro;
